Frequently asked questions
Do I need to pay to create an invoice?
No. The basic invoice builder and free tools are available without purchasing a package.
What happens after I buy a package?
After PayPal confirms a successful payment, the site provides a time-limited link to your purchased digital resource. Save or print it for your records. If a paid order does not provide access, contact support with your PayPal order number.
Can I pay without a PayPal account?
Card and other payment methods may appear through PayPal when eligible. Availability depends on your location, currency, device, and PayPal account settings; we cannot guarantee every option for every buyer.
Does InvoiceForge store or email my invoices?
No. The invoice builder runs in your browser and lets you print or save as PDF. It does not currently provide cloud storage, email sending, or automatic collection of your customers’ payments.
What if checkout or delivery fails?
Do not repeatedly pay. Keep your PayPal order ID and contact sean@microtoolsstudio.com so the transaction can be checked.
Is this legal, tax, or accounting advice?
No. Templates and checklists are general business aids. Confirm tax treatment, invoice requirements, and contract terms for your jurisdiction with an appropriate professional.
