Terms

Last updated: October 8, 2026

These terms apply to the InvoiceForge website, tools, and digital products. By using the site or purchasing a digital product, you agree to use the service lawfully and responsibly.

Free tools

Free browser tools are provided for general convenience. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them for financial, legal, tax, business, or other important decisions.

Payment follow-up tool

The follow-up list is stored locally in your browser and is not a cloud backup. You are responsible for exporting any backup you need, keeping your device secure, and confirming payment status yourself. The tool drafts reminder text; it does not send messages or verify whether an invoice has been paid.

Digital products

Paid products are digital products delivered electronically after successful payment verification. Product descriptions on the site identify the principal contents of each purchase.

Payments

Payments are processed through PayPal and may include other payment methods that PayPal makes eligible for a particular buyer, device, currency, or transaction. We do not control PayPal's availability or approval decisions.

Acceptable use

You may not misuse the site, attempt to bypass payment or access controls, interfere with service operation, or use the service for unlawful activity.

No professional advice

InvoiceForge is a general productivity aid, not legal, tax, accounting, collections, or financial advice. Review all invoice details and reminder wording before use, and follow your agreements and applicable laws.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features as the service develops. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability or that a tool will be suitable for a particular purpose.
